About Lion’s Paw
Lion’s Paw Camp is a permanent tented camp located on the eastern rim of the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania.The camp is nestled in a forest of Red Thorn Acacia trees and offers mesmerizing views of the crater.
The location is perched on the crest of Leala Hill, at an altitude of over 7,500 feet, offering remarkable views of the sleeping Crater floor below. Lion’s Paw Tented Camp is one of only two camps located inside the Ngorongoro Crater park gate . The camp’s location was carefully selected respecting the privacy of guests in accordance with conservation of nature with a great view of the crater rims and the famous Ngorongoro crater floor.
